WHAT: Join our friends from the Portland Audobon Society and the Climate Action Coalition to urge Portland to reject the proposed Pembina Propane Terminal.
Because of Pembina's potential impact on nearby residents, the Columbia River, and our climate, Riverkeeper will ask the Portland Planning & Sustainability Commission to reject a change to Portland's environmental zoning rules that would allow Pembina to go forward.
