of Riverkeeper’s finances as Board Treasurer. For this alone, we are indebted. But Linda’s volunteer work extends far beyond reviewing detailed spreadsheets; she is in the trenches, fighting the oil-by-rail terminals threatening Vancouver. She goes above and beyond, even stopping by Riverkeeper’s offices with freshly baked blueberry scones.

In April, Linda spearheaded a forum about the threat of oil trains with over 350 people packing the Kiggins Theatre in Vancouver. This May, she was a great resource helping us with our 15th Anniversary Party at the Brickstone Ballroom in Vancouver, headlined by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

Linda is a principal CPA at Currie and McLain, P.S., which she founded in 1988. She has been active in nonprofit organizations in Clark County since 1979. Linda has also been a part-time instructor at Clark College and has served as a member of their business school advisory board.

Linda enjoys volunteer work for the community. She has served as the political chair for the local Sierra Club as well as serving on political candidate’s advisory councils and as campaign treasurer. In her spare time she loves traveling with her husband, Dale, and spending time with her family.

Thank you Linda for all your hard work!
